The supply of natural gas is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the Supply of Natural Gas and subject to the existence of a valid gas transportation contract between the Consumer and the GTS Operator, except for institutions and organizations financed from the state and local budgets.
1. The Supplier transfers natural gas to the Consumer, whose facility is connected to the gas distribution system, at the points of exit of the gas transportation system to the relevant gas distribution system.
2. The Supplier transfers natural gas to the Consumer, whose facility is connected to the gas transportation system at the points of exit from the gas transportation system.
3. The Supplier is not obliged to formalize relations with the GDM Operator and the costs of distributing natural gas transferred to the Consumer, whose facility is connected to the gas distribution system. The Consumer bears all costs for the distribution of natural gas through the networks of the relevant GDM Operator.
4. The Supplier is not obliged to formalize relations with the GTS Operator and the costs of transporting natural gas transferred to the Consumer, whose facility is connected to the gas transportation system. The Consumer bears all costs of transporting natural gas through the GTS Operator's networks, except for institutions and organizations financed from the state and local budgets.
5. For the relevant period of natural gas supply, the Consumer orders from the Supplier the entire expected volume of natural gas consumption required by the Consumer or its commercial metering point, which is assigned a separate EIS code.
6. Adjustment of contractual planned volumes of natural gas supply/consumption during the month of supply is carried out in accordance with the procedure for granting renomination, provided for by the GTS Code.
7. Based on the results of the settlement period, the Consumer, by the 5th of the month following the settlement period, is obliged to provide the Supplier with a copy of the relevant act on the actual volume (volume) of distributed (transported) natural gas to the Consumer for the settlement period, drawn up between the GRM/GTS Operator and the Consumer, in accordance with the requirements of the GTS/GRM Code.
