LLC «TARGET ENERGY» insists that all disputes and disagreements that may arise under natural gas supply contracts between the supplier and the consumer or in connection with their performance be resolved through negotiations.
 
All disputes and disagreements that arise between the supplier and the consumer are resolved through negotiations in a transparent, fair and prompt manner. The supplier is obliged to consider all complaints received from consumers and within one month to report on the results of their consideration. In the event of failure to reach an agreement through negotiations, the Consumer has the right to apply for dispute resolution to the Natural Gas Market Regulator in accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine «On the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Utilities» and/or refer the dispute to court for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
 
All disputes and disagreements that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of the Natural Gas Supply Agreement or in connection with it, or other disputes that may arise during the interaction between the Supplier and the Consumer will be resolved through negotiations and consultations.
 
LLC «TARGET ENERGY» offers two methods of pre-trial dispute resolution:
 
1) oral (negotiations, consultations);
2) written (official statement).
 
In the event of a violation by the supplier of the Rules and Conditions of the natural gas supply contract, the consumer submits a claim to the supplier, drawn up in any form, with an explanation of the essence of the disputed issues to the following e-mail address: info@target-energy.com.ua
Your application will be considered and a response will be provided. If possible, it will be proposed to appoint a time and place for negotiations or consultations. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the Parties have the right to apply for dispute resolution to the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NCRECU) or its territorial unit and/or refer the dispute to court, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Dispute resolution by the Regulator or its territorial unit is carried out in accordance with the procedure approved by the Regulator.

Appeal to the NCRECU or its territorial unit does not deprive the Parties of the right to resolve the dispute in court.

The Supplier is not liable for non-provision or poor-quality provision of gas supply services if this occurred due to the fault of the consumer (denial of access to the consumer's facility to the supplier's representatives in cases provided for by these Rules) or as a result of emergencies of a man-made, natural or environmental nature.
