How to submit a written appeal/complaint/claim to LLC «TARGET ENERGY»
A written appeal to the Company can be submitted as follows:
• send by mail to the following address: Ukraine, 04112, Kyiv, Parkovo-Syretska St., Building 12-A, Office 2;
• personally deliver to the Company at the above address;
• during a personal reception of the Company's management;
• send an e-mail to the following address: info@target-energy.com.ua;
• by calling the contact persons: (050) 661 82 78

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off.

Requirements for filing an application/complaint/claim

1) The following must be indicated:

– for a legal consumer, an individual entrepreneur: name, legal address, address of the electricity supply facility.
2) The essence of the raised issue of the proposal, statement or complaint, request or requirement is set out;
3) The written application/complaint/claim must be signed by the applicant (applicants) with the date indicated. When submitting an appeal/complaint/claim in electronic form, the applicant must also indicate the email address to which a response can be sent, or information about other means of communication with him. The use of an electronic digital signature when sending electronically is not required.

The National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Utilities of Ukraine presented the first mobile application in Ukraine laquo;Energy Online»

The National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Utilities, together with the DiXi Group analytical center within the framework of the USAID project "Transparent Energy" developed and on 21.02.2019 presented the mobile application «Energy Online».

According to the functions of the mobile application «Energy Online» consumers are provided with the opportunity to file complaints to companies – service providers for poor-quality services in the fields of electricity and gas supply.

Consumer complaints and applications for compensation for poor-quality services in the fields of electricity and gas supply will be sent to the official email addresses of licensees from the email address: energy.online.app@gmail.com, sender name: Energy Online App.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Citizens' Appeals» the appeal may be oral or written. A written appeal can also be sent using the Internet or electronic means of communication (electronic appeal). Appeals, duly executed and submitted in accordance with the established procedure, are subject to mandatory acceptance and consideration.

Thus, complaints and statements of citizens that will be received by the licensees of the National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities of Ukraine to e-mail addresses from the mobile application «Energy Online», must be considered within the time limits and in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On Citizens' Appeals».

The mobile application can be downloaded from Google Play and App Store under the name EnergyOnline, on the official websites of the National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities of Ukraine and DiXi Group.

Consideration of an appeal/complaint/claim sent to LLC «TARGET ENERGY»

If the appeal/complaint/claim contains an e-mail address, phone number or such information known to the Company, a preliminary response is provided regarding the possibility of resolving the issue or notification of the start of consideration of the application/complaint/claim and the terms of its consideration. A preliminary response is provided within 1 business day from the date of receipt of the
application/complaint/claim.
The application/complaint/claim is considered within the period specified by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Procedure for providing notifications about the threat to the electrical safety of consumers

«This Procedure determines the procedure for providing information about the threat to the electrical safety of consumers and is designed for prompt response and rapid localization of events that pose a threat to the electrical safety of people, animals or may lead to systemic failures in the operation of equipment or accidents at work.
I. Actions of employees or witnesses to an accident or accident that poses a threat to electrical safety
1. Deadline for submitting information: Immediately
2. To whom the information is submitted: For employees - the employee's immediate supervisor or other authorized person at the enterprise For consumers - the call center of LLC "TARGET ENERGY"
3. Procedure: In case of detection of events that pose a threat to the electrical safety of people, animals or may lead to system failures in the operation of equipment or accidents at work, it is necessary to immediately first of all keep a safe distance from the scene of the incident (in case of a short circuit to the ground or a tree falling on overhead line wires, the safe distance is no closer than 8 meters), notify others about the danger, prevent random passers-by or animals from approaching the scene of the accident and report what happened via means of communication or by sending a direct message to the immediate manager or other authorized person at the enterprise for consumers - the call center of LLC "TARGET ENERGY" by phone: (050) 661 82 78

II. Actions of managers or other authorized persons at the enterprise in case of receiving a notification of an accident or breakdown that poses a threat to electrical safety
1. Deadline for submitting information: Immediately; 2. To whom the information is submitted: In the event of a fire at the facilities: notify the civil protection, fire safety and mobilization department, the duty dispatcher of the REM, ODS by means of communication. 3. Procedure: First of all, local managers must assess the situation and determine the consequences of an accident or other events that pose a threat to electrical safety, organize first aid if necessary, and take urgent measures to prevent similar events.

must necessarily indicate «Threat to electrical safety».
