LLC "TARGET ENERGY" operates in the electricity market of Ukraine based on a license for the right to conduct economic activity in the supply of electricity to consumers, and in the natural gas market of Ukraine based on a license for the right to conduct economic activity in the supply of natural gas, guided by the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market", the Law of Ukraine "On the Natural Gas Market of Ukraine" and other regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of economic entities in the electricity market of Ukraine and the natural gas market of Ukraine.
